Camera’s and Camera Retract Systems

Camera Retract:

  • Incorporated manifold design (Patent pending): Simplifies the system by combining air supply and power supply into one, reducing clutter commonly seen with other retract systems.

  • On-board control panel (Patent pending): Features a dedicated PLC directly mounted to the retract canopy, offering flexibility in placement with options for two locations.

  • On-board air reservoir fail-safe (Patent Pending): Acts as a backup energy source in case of air or power loss, safeguarding the camera and lens from potential damage by retracting it from service.

  • Cross member adjustment: Allows for easy correction of horizontal misalignment between the camera lens and port opening during post-construction adjustments if needed.

  • Pressure relief/dump valve: Automatically activates if pressure exceeds 100psi or during system de-energization for maintenance or outages.

  • Easy-mount bracket: Facilitates effortless installation and removal of the camera.

  • Free-floating lens seal: Ensures a secure seal around the lens tube without subjecting it to any additional side loading, particularly useful for sealing off combustion air supply in the wind box.

  • Versatile: Compatible with any camera, proudly representing Mirion Technologies Imaging System Division. The retract system is showcased here with the Mirion Technologies Bedbug III M560 Hi Temperature Infrared Imaging Camera, featuring solid-state electronics.

Infrared Port Camera:

Originally designed to monitor individual ports within our CBM design, the infrared port camera has proven itself to be a versatile tool with a range of industrial boiler applications. Its compact size makes it ideal for accessing tight spaces, allowing for thorough inspections where traditional cameras might struggle to reach. Beyond port monitoring, these cameras are handy for detecting issues like leaks and blockages, helping to prevent costly downtime. With their real-time data transmission capabilities, they enable quick decision-making and proactive maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and safety standards. In short, the infrared port camera is a valuable asset in industrial surveillance, providing operators with enhanced visibility and control over boiler systems.
