Stepped Floor

Stepped Floor installation includes a new floor with floor and wall refractory as well as lower walls, ash grate, ash chute, ash conveyor, air system, flue gas re-circulation system, fuel chutes, and fuel distributors.

Pictured above are Pre-Drying Fuel Chutes. These chutes have an air jacket along with internal refractory. Also pictured are the induced draft fuel injectors.

The interior construction is installed with refractory lined steps and walls.
